The Hotel is conveniently located in the Harbourside area of the city centre adjacent to the shops and several of the city's prominent visitor attractions e.g. The S.S. Great Britain.

The Hotel has six designated accessible rooms, two of which (no. 449 and no. 349) would be suitable for wheelchair users. The others have more limited dimensions and would be more suited for guests with disabilities who have some ambulant ability.

The photographs pictured above are of room 449 which our researchers were able to view. It has a good sized double bedroom and an open plan adjoining lounge area with a bed settee making it ideal for families or guests accompanied by a carer.

There is an extra large button phone in the bedroom.

Our researchers were unable to view room 349 as it was in use but were given to understand it was an exact copy of room 449.

Access around the public dining and and lounge area on the ground floor was good.
