The ruins of Wenlock Priory situated in Shropshire are the remains of a 12th century church that belonged to a Cluniac monastry. The church was built over an earlier 7th century foundation.
There is wheelchair access around the majority of the ruins but manual wheelchair users may require some assistance to negotiate the grassed areas.
Audio guides with headphones are available that give a commentary recreating the life of one of monks who lived there.
There is not a cafe on site but hot and cold drinks are available.
