The Old Station has seven 'high specification' bed and breakfast rooms and suites each individually themed and containing beautiful antique beds. On the ground floor is a spacious accessible room with a king size bed offering left transfer (and right hand by prior arrangement) and an en-suite wetroom.

Breakfast is served in the dining room which was once the station waiting room. The doorways to the dining room are not of statutory width at present but our researcher's self propelled chair accessed them easily. For guests with particularly large wheelchairs, breakfast can be served in the bedroom or a table can be set up in the adjacent vestibule.

N.B. The station is adjacent to the main line from Chester to Shrewsbury but it is very quiet and on our visit the researchers had to be alerted to the fact that a train had just passed by.
